1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items that have been used or opened
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence not caused by us

 

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

 

Return Shipping:

  • If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping.

 

3. Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

 

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll verify the problem and offer either a replacement or a full refund, at no extra cost.

 

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they haven’t been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations cannot be made.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

6. Your Consumer Rights

This policy complies with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Indian law.
